Whether you’re up for a yarn, cultural activities, or just want to sit back and listen, this group is about showing up how you are and building strength through connection.

Riverstone Men's Group

Held every second Monday night, this group is for Aboriginal men to connect over a feed, have a yarn, and wind down in a safe, judgement-free space.

 

Some weeks we go deep, some weeks we laugh — either way, you’re welcome to pull up a chair and join us.

Women's Group

A weekly space for Aboriginal women to gather, share stories, take a breather, and support each other through life’s ups and downs.

Whether you’re coming for connection, creativity, or a quiet cuppa — this group is here to hold you.

Yanma Bulbulwul

A weekly wellbeing group that gives mob a chance to pause, recharge, and reconnect.

 

With gentle movement, cultural activities, guest speakers and shared meals — this space is about looking after your spirit, not just your schedule.

Boxing Fitness

Free group boxing sessions for Aboriginal community members of all ages and fitness levels.

Whether you’re just starting out or want to train regularly, this is a safe and supportive space to move your body, build confidence, and punch out the stress.

Dance & Didge Group

A monthly cultural program open to all mob who want to learn, connect, and express themselves through dance and didgeridoo. No experience needed — just come with an open heart and a willingness to move.

Women’s Dance Group

A movement-based group for Aboriginal women of all ages to connect through dance, story, and culture. It’s a space to feel strong, supported, and grounded in who you are — surrounded by sisterhood.
